Processing & shipping within the USA is normally 7 -14 days via First Class mail.

(International) PRIORITY mail shipping

Priority shipping is currently offered at a flat rate of $50

Processing & shipping outside the USA is normally 14 -21 days via First Class mail. Processing & shipping for Priority mail is normally 7-14 days. You will be notified by email when your order ships. 

Orders paid for with an e-check will not ship until the payment clears. 

Please note that any package going outside the USA may be subject to the customs fees of your country. Should you be charged, you are responsible for paying them. Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Tracking is available for all orders within the USA and for orders shipped via Priority international mail. Priority international shipping is the only international method available that includes tracking and insurance. If you purchase First Class international shipping you cannot trace the package.

Do you accept returns / exchanges?
We only accept returns or exchanges if a product arrives damaged. No returns or exchanges will be accepted beyond 15 days after the ship date. For your convenience there are size charts listed on every apparel page, so please make sure to check it before ordering to avoid any problems.

I want to give your products to my young child to love, cuddle and chew on. Is this a good idea?
Our items are not for children under 3 or any individuals who may be inclined to put inedible objects in their mouths.
